Enjoy all that Tahoe has to offer from your home base in this spacious Zephyr Cove Spacious studio Unit with a King bed and a Bunk bed with a King at the top and bottom. Three King beds. Only 3 miles to Stateline, 5.5 miles to heavenly, one mile to Zephyr Cove beach day use area, across from Zephyr Point, and 21 miles from Incline Village this location is central to everything. This unit is located right off the 395, there can be some road noise.
This Studio unit comes with one reserved parking space, with the ability to have additional spaces upon request. High speed WiFi, fully furnished, just bring your close and enjoy one of the most beautiful lake/mountain areas in the world! Located conveniently right off Highway 50 resulting in some road noise, please make right turns only when exiting and exercise caution when turning onto highway 50.
In Tahoe, there is a possibility of hazardous road conditions in the winter and air quality issues in the summer due to fires, if either of these are a concern for you please obtain travel insurance. The owner depends on the income to sustain this property and it is not sustainable if the cancellation policy is not honored by guests. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy. You will receive details on travel insurance or you can look into it prior to booking, many guests have used Rental Guardian.
During the winter please come prepared for snow and ice conditions, we recommend winter tools including but not limited to chains, ice scrapers, a shovel, and a winter emergency kit is recommended in case you and your vehicle get stranded.

FIREWORKS POLICY
The use of fireworks on or near the property is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund, a $1,000 fine from the house, and any applicable local fines or penalties. If you are found lighting fireworks, we will fully cooperate with local law enforcement.
Rentspree application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.

The location is very close to Lake Tahoe which was great! There was no AC which was a bit uncomfortable since the place did get quite warm. The outdoor area was available, and it would have been helpful to have tables and chairs out there. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay :)

The apartment was clean, well equipped and as described in the photos. Conveniently located by car to Nevada Beach . The apartment is on a main road & the road traffic can be noisy but this was mentioned in the particulars. The only reason we didn't rate it a 5 star is because there was nowhere to eat or drink in safe walking distance from the apartment. However, plenty of cooking facilities within the apartment.

Good stay, the house was as described. Clean, convenient, easy to check in. The kids loved the bunk beds. Even though it was a studio it felt like the kids had their own space. There isn't anything walkable from the house, which was kind of a bummer, and it was on a pretty busy road. Other than that it was great, easy to drive to lots of beaches, hikes, and places to eat.
