Soaking in your own Hottub while the forest breathes around youThe Heide Lodge with Jacuzzi | 4 Persons is a detached, sustainably built lodge that feels right from the moment you arrive. Completely gas-free, tastefully decorated and with a private Hottub on the terrace, this lodge offers everything four people need to properly unwind. Spread across 55 m², the layout is comfortable and well considered. Two bedrooms with quality boxspring beds take care of a good night's sleep. In one room the beds are placed together, in the other they stand apart, so the sleeping arrangement suits whoever is travelling. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and toilet. Air conditioning with a heating function, plus electric heating in the bedrooms and bathroom, keeps the temperature exactly right throughout the year.

The open kitchen comes fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, fridge-freezer and a Nespresso machine for a proper start to the morning. The spacious living room with corner sofa and electric feature fireplace invites you to slow right down, and the furnished terrace with its own parking space does the same. Then there is the Hottub in the garden: the undisputed centrepiece of the Heide Lodge with Jacuzzi | 4 Persons. Warm water, still forest air and absolutely no reason to rush. The lodge is pet-friendly, so the dog gets a proper holiday too. Free WiFi and a Smart TV with streaming function are there for the evenings when the sofa wins.

Park Berkenrhode: small-scale, genuine and surrounded by naturePark Berkenrhode is a small-scale holiday park on the edge of the Veluwe forests, where calm and genuine hospitality go hand in hand. The limited number of accommodations means it never feels busy or impersonal. Walking and cycling routes start directly from the park, and bike rental including e-choppers and electric scooters is available on site. Brasserie Luwe is the welcoming spot on the park for a relaxed lunch, drinks or dinner. You will also find a heated outdoor swimming pool, outdoor playgrounds, a launderette, breakfast and bread roll service, a snack bar and a Dog Wash for four-legged guests. Everything is close by and nothing feels rushed.

Veluwe: where the forest sets the paceStep outside and the Veluwe begins, one of the largest and most beautiful natural areas in the Netherlands. Vast forests, open heathlands and sand drifts shift through the seasons in their own time. Early mornings bring birdsong, autumn afternoons turn the landscape amber and red. Walking trails and cycling paths set off almost directly from the park, so you head into nature when the mood takes you and return when the Hottub calls. Whether you are looking for wildlife, long forest walks or a cycling trip with no fixed destination, the Veluwe moves at your pace.

The Hottub requires 1.5 days to heat up. Use of the Hottub is not possible on the arrival or departure day.
