About this house rental

“La Pitchounette”, my cozy village house, is perfectly located a couple of minutes walk from the center of the village, with its shops, cafés and restaurants.
NEW 2023! High speed internet!
NEW 2024! Air conditioning!
An exterior staircase takes you up to a small terrace with a table and chairs and entrance door.
On the 1st floor you'll find the open plan kitchen and lounge area and on the 2nd floor the bedroom with a queen size bed, shower and WC.
The house is south facing and bright and has been restored trying to respect and preserve to a maximum the old materials.
The house is equipped with modern electric radiators and an air conditioner in the bedroom.
Come and explore Goult! It is still un-spoilt and laid back and centrally located for exploring the surrounding area. The famous villages Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux and Menèrbes are only a short drive away.
Avignon and Aix-en-Provence can be reached in about an hour.
Italy, Spain and the Alps are a few hours drive away and from the TGV train station in Avignon you can be in Paris in 2 hours and 40 minutes...

A picture-postcard house in a picture-postcard village. The appartment is small but has everything you need for tour stay. The location is ideally situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the Provence.

Any negatives have to do with the intense heat wave in Europe. The a/c small unit didn’t stand a chance and the little house never cooled down. Did not do any cooking because it would have heated it up even more! Goult is a wonderful little Provence town with many lovely restaurants. However, unless you had made reservations weeks in advance, you could not get in to them for all of July. Disappointing.

Thoroughly enjoyed this our 3rd stay here. It is well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is not only a few minutes walk into the village it is also well located to visit all of the lovely villages and towns in this part of Provence. Eva was as always both helpful and pleasant. As before a very enjoyable experience all around

We thoroughly enjoyed our little house in Goult. The old architecture was something we could never experience in Canada. The house is also clean, comfortable and very practical in layout and provision. Eva is a lovely hostess. I would always come back to Le Petite Pichounette!

Goult is a lovely village with all of the amenities you need to have a enjoyable holiday. The gite is comfortable, well equipped and located only a few minutes walk from the centre of the village. This is our second visit to this gite and hopefully not our last. A lovely warm welcome from the owner along with a lovely bottle of chilled wine which went down very well!

We stayed in La Pitchounette for a week in the village of Goult. Such a lovely little house, beautifully presented and just a short walk into the village. Loved the petite balcony with cafe table and chairs! The village has 4 restaurants to choose from. Is not far from I’isle sur la Sorgue and we visited the lavender fields in Valensole and Sault from here. The perfect place to stay if you want to experience village life. There is a little market here on Thursday mornings, but the local grocery shop has everything you would need, there is also a fabulous boulangerie. Eva is the most wonderful host and was always available if we needed to ask her anything. We highly recommend La Pitchounette! Thanks Eva!

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in dem kleinen, entspannten Städtchen Goult. Wir haben viele Stunden lesend auf der kleinen Terrasse verbracht. Wir besuchten kleine Dörfer der Umgebung (Roussilon, Cucuron, Saignon, Merbes...). Die Landschaft ist wunderschön und wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung bleibt auch im heißen August angenehm kühl. Die Einrichtung sehr stilvoll, gemütlich und es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Vielen Dank an unsere sehr nette Vermieterin Eva!

Ideally located to tour around this lovely part of Provence. Nearby villages such as Menerbes, Lacoste, Gourdes and Lourmarin are all worth a visit. Owner made us very welcome and gite was absolutely lovely. Hoping to be able to go back next year to the area and will certainly consider staying at the same place again. Would have loved to have been able to stay longer.

Our stay in Goult was perfect. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. It was exactly as we expected. Eva, our host was very welcoming and helpful. We could definitely recommend the place for a romantic stay in Luberon. The village itself is peaceful with excellent bakery, shops and restaurants, which can be reached from the house in less than 5 minute walk.

Una piccola "maison de charme" magnificamente ristrutturata e dotata di ogni comfort, in un villaggio (Goult) molto bello,dotato di negozi, ristoranti, ecc. al centro di una zona ricca di grandi attrattive. La casa è estremamente confortevole, pur mantenendo il fascino delle vecchie case in sasso. Ristrutturata e arredata con gusto, accessoriatissima (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, tostapane, bollitore, phon...), pulitissima, ottima anche la biancheria. Proprietaria estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Un'esperienza erstremamente positiva, da ripetere!!!

Très bonne semaine passée dans cette jolie maison à Goult ! Le plus étant la petite terrasse extérieur cachée de la rue par des jolies plantes grimpantes ! Eva a pensé à tout pour notre confort : pas besoin d’emmener draps / serviettes/ sèche-cheveux/ éponge : TOUT est deja sur place ! Goult est un superbe village avec des commerces de proximité ( boulangerie , fromagerie , épicerie , boucher ... ) a 2 minutes à pied de la location ! De plus , le village est vraiment au centre du Luberon ! Beaucoup de choses à visiter au alentours à moins de 25 minutes en voiture ( Roussillon / Gordes / Rustrel etc ... ) Je recommande :)
