Majestic Master with King bed and ensuite bath. Loads of closet space and storage. 2nd working space in master with desk and office chair.
The office/den doubles as cozy second bedroom with a queen Murphy bed (that doubles as office desk) and sliding barn doors for privacy. Both bedrooms have black out shades, brand new AC units and brand new smart TVs. Spiral staircase leads to your private rooftop terrace with sun / shade areas including traditional palapa. Enjoy sunrise yoga and sunset cocktails, on your personal and private spacious rooftop! Rooftop has second entrance from condo stairwell from the outside as well.
Laundry/utility room off kitchen with washing machine.
Parking spot in prime location right outside front door. 24 hour security with wonderful team of staff who keep the building and Pool impeccable!

The BEST part is your own private rooftop with sun and shade areas and another full bathroom on roof! The rooftop has sun loungers and plenty of evening ambience lighting.

This is your own private Penthouse condo plus private rooftop terrace, not shared. The sun loungers and pool are on lobby level – which is shared with other guests in building.
Other things to note
High speed internet, great water pressure, washer/dryer, lovely hot water for showers (trust me, not every condo has these things!)
Walmart and Mega Stores are a 5 minute walk away. As well as the bus depot to take you back to the airport is one block away. No need to get a eighty dollar cab or Uber, the bus is well within walking distance and costs just over 200 pesos.
