451 Golf Shore Villa is a completely renovated villa featuring sweeping views of the Ocean Winds Golf Course. The owners of this beautifully outfitted 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property have carefully curated a coastal paradise for their guests.
The living area has comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV and access to the spacious sunroom! The dining area seats 4, and there are plenty of spaces to spread out for meals between the living area and sunroom as well.
The well-equipped kitchen features beautiful and sustainable recycled glass quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless appliances.
The main bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV and access to the sunroom. The private bathroom has a dual vanity and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and has access to a bathroom with dual vanities and a large jacuzzi tub/shower combination.
Uniquely, this property also comes with an EV charger for guests to use.
Golf Shore Villas are located near the Ocean Winds Golf Course and only a short walk or bike ride to the beach and the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.
Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.
