The apartment was very spacious and most of it was pretty clean. There is an elevator and plenty of parking. The water was very hot almost instantly and the beds were clean. Even though there's a train station literally right next to the apartments, you cannot hear it unless it uses the horn (which almost never happens). The staff is really nice and they will help with anything you need.

Bare in mind I did not talk about these issues with the staff, most of it would've probably be resolved if I said something. I still recommend this place as it's cheap and close to the highway. But The kitchen was in pretty bad condition, especially cleaning wise. The microwave was filthy, the kettler had so much limescale it looked like it had rotten and the toilet was not properly cleaned (which I'll say it's probably a mistake because the shower was spotless). Again, overall, very decent but the kitchen and the carpet needs a deep cleaning. The carpet has a thick smell that covers everything. But the most annoying thing is that the fridge doesn't work properly, it freezes everything constantly, no matter what level you set it to. And on top of that, the microwave is very inefficient so eating the food we brought from home turned into a 30 minute fiesta of unfreezing.

the reception lady threaten us that we will not be able to check in and get keys, if we didnt show up by 20:00 , ignoring the fact that our flight arriving in Vienna was delayed and that all the schedule was pushed behind ! We even discovered the reason : she had to pick the 8pm train (which is accross the road) simply unacceptable !
