About this villa rental
Located in Le Pradet, a small Provençal town in the Port Cros-Porquerolles National Park, our 19th century Florentine-style family home has a large wooded park (5,000 m2) that will bring you freshness and calm, just 400 meters from the beach.
It was completely renovated in 2022, while leaving it with its charm of yesteryear (old fireplaces, cement tiles, large volumes).
With its 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it allows everyone to have their independence and privacy, but also to meet on the various terraces, under the pines and other hundred-year-old oaks, or in the large living room around the billiards.
The open kitchen with its large central island also allows for convivial moments, as does the large swimming pool located at the bottom of the park in a protected area.
To the north, the view is unobstructed over Mont Faron; to the south and east, the house offers a view of the park.

An absolute gem of a property nestled in the south of France. The small towns, the breathtaking views, the amazing wine, and the stunning yard, house, and neighborhood make this a fantastic home for a quiet and relaxing week. The home itself is a beautiful blend of old French and modern amenities, and the yard and pool is well kept with stunning flowers and trees. The views from the balconies are incredible The hosts and the house manager were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. I would come back to this location in a heartbeat and highly recommend this location!

Beautiful house and grounds (including pool), well provisioned, good location. We had a wonderful week for a group of 15 (three families with teenagers). Great to have the beach c5 mins walk away and shops and restaurants within 1km. Lots of interesting places to visit within 45m drive (Le Porquerolles, Toulon, La Lavandu, Hyeres. And some great hiking and cycling too.
