In Berrias-et-Casteljau, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 95 m² air-conditioned house with private swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features an attractive 45 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 1,500 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you !
The accommodation comprises
- 45 m² air-conditioned living room with sofa, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A private swimming pool (7mx3.50m), unheated and secured by an electric roller shutter, open from May to October. Pool opening dates are non-contractual.
- A lovely, private, fenced garden of 1,500 m².
- A 14m² terrace, fully covered, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Berrias-et-Casteljau, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.
Activities :
- Soccer and basketball pitches close to the house
- Two-wheel rentals 200m away, for exploring the region
- Grotte Chauvet (approx. 25km)
- Cocalière cave (approx. 11km)
- Horse-riding in the Païolive woods (approx. 7km)
- Canyonong in the Chassezac Gorges (approx. 45km)
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (3/4 vehicles available).
A car is required to access the accommodation and fully enjoy the region.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
