About this campground/ rv resort rental
This 1990’s era manufactured home has been totally renovated to create a clean, comfortable, functional and attractive place to spend a vacation. The interior is a delight, but there are great outdoor spaces as well. There's a covered back porch, a patio for grilling, a deck with a hot tub overlooking The Little Red River, and a dock on the river. It feels like it's away from it all, but it's within 15 minutes of Greer's Ferry Lake and the town of Heber Springs.
There’s a wheelchair ramp that makes the space very accessible, and the interior is extremely roomy. All the bedrooms are outfitted with new mattresses and are equipped with televisions. The appliances are all new and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking.
The WiFi comes in through fiber-optic cable, so it's reliable and fast which makes it a great place to connect to work or relax with a movie. If you are wanting to accommodate a larger group, The River House, is our other property and is right next door. This is a truly delightful place to spend some time.

We enjoyed the peacefulness of this place. It is easy to tell the host makes an effort to make you feel like this is a home away from home. It is very clean and well supplied, with a few extras to make it cozy. The dock is a great place to fish, or just take in the beauty of the Little Red. If you are a bird watcher, this is your place. The large back porch gives you a ring side seat to the bird buffet. The hot tub was an added pleasure and so relaxing in such a tranquil setting. We would recommend this place for some recreation and relaxation.

The host had many basics stocked in the house including some coffee pods to start off with. This was so great because we got in late. Plenty of fans, towels, pillows, and a clean place. The view was outstanding. Quiet and peaceful.

The whole family had an incredible time at this property! Kids and parents approve! We really enjoyed the hot tub fishing and relaxing. Super clean and inviting. We felt at home here, we are a family of five and it was perfect for us. We will definitely be returning for another trip. Highly recommend!!

House was clean annd spacious..Loved the furniture and storage setup on the dock.Weather was wet and chilly so the fish werent biting but the hot tub was a warm treat at the end of the day
