You'll stay in a private cozy studio, the perfect home base for your next Nashville adventure. Our studio features a comfortable queen and two twin beds, ensuring you get a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. We also provide a microwave, refrigerator, and water dispenser, so you can make simple meals and stay hydrated throughout your stay.
To start your mornings off right we provide coffee, so you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee while planning your day's itinerary. And when you need to unwind, our studio has a comfortable seating area where you can watch TV or catch up on your favorite shows.
In addition, our studio features a private bathroom with a shower and closet, so you can enjoy the convenience and privacy of your own space.
Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, our studio is just a short drive or Uber ride away from Nashville's top attractions, including the Bridgestone Arena, Gaylord Opryland, Ryman Auditorium, and Broadway. Book your stay with us today and get ready to experience all that Nashville has to offer.
Private studio with your own separate entrance at the back left of the house. Please park at the end of the driveway by the gate if you have a car. Tap the smart lock pad to activate the keypad, enter your access code and press the check mark to unlock. To lock pull/push the door until you hear a click and tap the keypad or twist the deadbolt lever.
The home has central air for heating and cooling. To make adjustments to the temperature please message me. There is also a space heater and extra blankets as necessary.
We live on-site and although the unit has a lower level private entrance it is still attached to the home so you will hear and/ or see us in the front/back yard on occasion, feel free to say hello!
While this studio has great features, it is not a luxury resort. This home was built in the 1960's so please keep this in mind when booking, there will be minor imperfections and character, scuffs and chips. If this will bother you please feel free to book at one of the many luxury hotels in the area.
