Magnificent contemporary villa of 223m² located in the Parc de Royan district (Saint Georges de Didonne side) just behind the tennis courts and 7 minutes walk from the beach (2 minutes by car), more precisely rue des libellules.
The accommodation
The completely renovated Villa is equipped in a very modern way and with great taste and standing. It will allow you to enjoy a beautiful service in which you can stay a maximum of 10 people.
The entrance to the plot is through a gate that plunges you into a Japanese garden and leads you to the front door. The latter leads first to the right-hand side of the large living room surrounded by bay windows and equipped with a beautiful, very comfortable living room and a large screen.
A guest toilet is nearby.
The fully equipped and very modern kitchen surrounds a large central island that can also be used for aperitifs. All modern equipment is at your disposal: oven, microwave, freezer, fridge, wine cellar (wines not provided), plates, Nespresso coffee maker, citrus juicer, toaster, kettle...
On the left, a storeroom also giving access to the outside, in which you will find an additional fridge. From this space you will be directed into a corridor leading to the first bedroom equipped with a 160 cm bed. A shower room and a second toilet adjoin this bedroom.
From the latter, you will have direct access to the outdoor terrace that surrounds the swimming pool (4.50M X 4.50M). THE POOL IS CLOSED FROM 01/10 OF EACH YEAR AND REOPENS ON 01 APRIL OF EACH YEAR.
Nearby, an outdoor summer kitchen with a plancha available. You can store your bikes in the garage next door.
Back inside, we head for the first floor, which is distributed as follows:
-Bedroom n°2 has a 160 cm bed and storage space.
- Bedroom 3 is equipped with two 90 cm beds (more precisely trundle beds) and a changing table.
In the corridor, a bathroom (bath and shower) as well as a separate toilet complete the place.
-Bedroom n°4 has a 160 cm bed, a private bathroom with a balcony.
- Finally, bedroom n°5, which will be called the master suite, has a 160 cm bed, a private bathroom (shower) and a large terrace.
Cars will be able to be parked on the street.

WIFI is available, pets are not allowed.
Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

PLEASE NOTE: any arrival after 20:00 and until 22:00 will be charged an additional 30€ on site. FROM 22:00 to 00:00 the arrival will be charged 50€ additional to be paid on site. No departure before 6:00 in the morning.
From 6:00 am to 8:00 am any departure will be charged an additional 30€.
