The villa has an exceptional location in the heart of the seaside village of Hermitage-Les-Bains, 900 meters from the lagoon (swimming allowed). Here, everything can be done on foot: the beach, shops/bars/restaurants and sports activities are in the immediate vicinity of the villa.
Once you are settled, you can enjoy its swimming pool, its pretty tropical garden and its terrace for convivial moments with family or friends.
The villa, with an area of approximately 90m2, consists of:
The interior:
- a first air-conditioned bedroom with Queen Size bed (160x200), TV, dressing room and view of the garden and the swimming pool;
- a second air-conditioned bedroom with Queen Size bed (160x200) and dressing room;
-a third air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds that can be grouped into a double bed, a mezzanine converted into an office and a view of the garden and the swimming pool;
- a living room opening onto the terrace with two sofas, a TV, a WIFI box (fibre optic) and a dining area;
- a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, coffee makers (Nespresso and filter), toasters, kettles, etc.;
- a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet;
- a second separate toilet
The exterior:
- a swimming pool secured by removable barriers (dimensions: approximately 7.50 metres long, 3.50 metres wide and 1.15 metres deep);
-a sunbathing/deckchair area and a parasol;
-a barbecue (charcoal) and a plancha (gas);
-a terrace with a dining area and an outdoor lounge;
- a pretty tropical garden;
-three parking spaces.
