This 1 bedroom queen/ 1 ba apartment is catty corner to 10 acre Gillespie park w/2 dog parks, tennis courts, pickle-ball, basketball, & walking trails. Minutes to the #1 beaches & shopping at St. Armand’s Circle. Walk or bike to all the downtown attractions such as the Marina, Bay Park, nightlife, opera & 30+ restaurants. Dog run on premises as well for fur friend guest!
Exactly what you need for a winter get-away pet friendly home away from home or if you’re just in town for business. Full kitchen, Living Room, Bedroom, Bathroom, Flat screen TV’s in the Living Room and Bedroom . For the go outside grab the sunshine all day at the beach or one of the beach cruisers and recharge in the evenings 😊🏝️
The owner of the property provides a digital code of the key pad you can access using your smartphone for your stay or if you prefer physical keys, the code for the lock box right by your door is also provided.
PARKING: The courtyard offers compact parking accommodations and includes 1 reserved parking space for the unit. Larger SUVs and trucks may find maneuvering within the courtyard a bit tight. Additional free overnight public parking for vehicles of any size is available at the park across the street.
Please NO SMOKING, NO VAPING INSIDE or anywhere near the homes doors, windows, etc. This is a smoke free/vape free property.
Trash/Recycle day is on Thursdays early at 6 a.m. PLEASE put your units trash & recycle canisters at the street/sidewalk facing the road Wednesday Night.
Please pick up after your pet & use the dog station inside the dog run to dispose of your pet waste. There is a water hose inside the run to help clean up after your pet as well (if needed). Greatly appreciated.

The condo was in a perfect area to walk to shops and restaurants. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Melissa was an excellent host with immediate responses for whatever we needed. We will definitely rent from her in the future.

This place is cute and just a perfect size. I’ve stayed at Melissa’s property at another unit and she really went out of her way to make this stay very welcoming and comfortable. Thank you Melissa!
This place is in a perfect location, quiet, and really was nicely decorated. All modern amenities. I’ll be back when I have to come visit family in town.

The unit we stayed had terrible parking options. It was in a strange looking neighborhood. It was walking distance from downtown which was good. There were steep stairs going up to the apartment.
