About this house rental
Stunning 2+ acre waterfront property on the shores of Kachemak Bay. Conveniently located to the best of Homer. Enjoy unobstructed waterfront panoramic views of the bay, beach, and spit. These beautiful timber-frame homes provide the perfect environment to enjoy a romantic vacation or family adventure. Amenities include hot tub, outdoor seating, gas grill, hi-speed internet, and smartTV.
Bay Timber Retreat (Green Home): Sleep 6(2 bedrooms / 1 full bath & 1/2 bath)1 King bed, 2 twin beds, and two trundle twin beds
The first floor provides an open concept living space with multiple sofas, dining table for six, and a fully equipped kitchen. Also located on this floor is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Doors open to a large deck with additional outdoor seating, dining table, gas grill, and hot tub.
The Second floor of the home features a large private master bedroom with a king bed along with great views of the bay. The second floor also includes an open bedroom with two twin daybeds and trundles along with a half bath. A full size washer and dryer are located in the half bath.
Garden Timber Retreat (Red Home): Sleeps 4 (2 bedrooms / 1 full bath).1 Queen and 2 Twins
On the first floor you will enjoy the open concept living room with a sofa, side chairs, and a dining table for six guests. The kitchen space is well equipped with two large double doors that lead out to the covered patio. The covered patio features a sectional sofa and dining table for six. A private bedroom with a queen bed are located on the 1st floor. In addition, there is a full bathroom with single sink and tub/shower combination. The first floor stairs lead to a open loft with two twin beds that overlook the bay and surrounding property.
Guests will have exclusive access to the both homes.
RVs, ATVs, UTVs, trailers, and boats are not allowed on the property.
We allow up to two vehicles to be parked on the property driveway or carport. Recreational vehicles, semi-trucks, campers, trailers, boats, ATVs, and UTVs are not permitted on the property. Please Note: - Homer Oceanfront Retreats is a shared property. - Multiple rental homes are located on the premises. - Events on the property are Prohibited.

What a beautiful place to enjoy the best of Homer! I truly can't get over how stunning the view is from the green house in the morning.
We had a handful of friends and family in town for a wedding and I was amazed we were able to find a place that would sleep our full group, much less one that felt so cozy, aesthetic and functional. The hosts were also very helpful in responding quickly to a few questions that came up during our stay, but gave us plenty of space and privacy.
Having two buildings was great for the varied sleep schedules in our group, and the amenities were a hit. The location was great for feeling connected with the natural beauty of the area without being too far from town.
I love this property and would definitely book again!
