Completely renovated in 2023 and only 20 miles from Sault Ste. Marie and the Soo Locks! Watch the Great Lakes freighters on the St. Mary's River. Our condos are located right next door to a small mom n' pop store complete with all the pantry items and perishables, souvenirs, and even fishing bait! The Cozy Corners Restaurant (with bar!) is one of the best in the area and has outdoor seating and dock for your boat (extra charge)! Conley Point DNR Boat Launch only 4 miles away. From boating, kayaking, and fishing to snowmobiling and ice fishing, Barbeau has it all ALL YEAR LONG! Lower level sleeps up to 6, upper unit is a separate unit (listing #3310447) and can sleep up to 10!

Great to look out the windows and see a few of unobstructed water views in this location. Very spacious, relaxing, especially when upstairs level is empty but I can see it would be great for a very large family/friends to have both levels. The restaurant behind this place is A+ everytime, ate there 4 different times and also the pizza is excellent!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Condo. It is so relaxing!! An added bonus is having the restaurant right off the patio. We will definitely be staying again.

Pros: very clean, light, and open. Comfy sofas. Good visibility of down-bound ships (up-bound go behind the island out of sight). Great sliders, nice patio, table and chairs.Cons: Too much fragrance from plug-ins!!! My husband is sensitive to any fragrance and was miserable until we unplugged both of these and let it air out. Mattress was awful. We could feel all the springs! Shower was very small. Shower curtain liner was moldy on the bottom. Gross. Overall just felt kinda sterile and impersonal. No books, magazines, games, toys, puzzles. Wall decor was boring. All from the same designer and grouping.Suggestions: add coasters, refill salt shaker and paper towels (we only got one). Put a battery in the clock under the tv. Post a list of things to do before leaving. We forgot to empty the trash!
