Most of the beds had plywood underneath which not only squeaked but felt unsafe so we had to find other places to sleep. My son said there were bats in the loft! The staff said we could be evicted if we entered early (it was almost 100 degrees out and I had a baby and elderly parents with me) and then the house wasn’t ready to enter by our official arrival time because cleaning wasn’t done so we had to wait awhile for that to be done and even then it wasn’t fully clean. When I tried to book an extra night it took me one hour to do that between calls with the property management and Booking, with both telling me they couldn’t do that until eventually they did.
