Modern, spacious, comfortable, amazing balcony

Second stay at the short period of time, the host is easy going and the apartment is a great base for an outdoor vacation in Laigueglia! You can bike and hike right from the apartment, the beach is close and the town is lovely and peaceful. Cheap buses and trains were helpful to explore the coast without the stress of driving.

The windows & doors are rather thin so the apartment is not soundproof but the residential area is quiet so we slept well all the time.

All what we needed

The apartment was modern, well organised (with plenty of storage space) and comfortable. The location just above the town was peaceful, the spacious terrace facing the sunrise above the sea was a gem! We appreciated having a private parking lot. Communication with the host was very easy and instructions clear. Laigueglia and its surroundings are spectacular for an active holiday.

Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry, udogodnienia w mieszkaniu było.praktycznie wszystko i bardzo czyściutko, położenie fantastyczne zdecydowanie polecam .Praktycznie nie.ma do czego się przyczepić wręcz przeciwnie.

om op je locatie te komen moest je óf 147 trappen op, óf 800m bergop fietsen óf alles met de auto doen ( die je bijna nergens aan een strand kwijtraakt. Voor ons prima, maar als je geen aardige conditie hebt is dat een hele opgave.

un joli appartement cosy et spacieux . situé sur les hauteurs de Laigueglia à 5 mn à pied du centre ville et des plages . très propre et la communication avec l hôte était fluide et simple . la terrasse vue mer et le parking privé sont un plus . à recommander

Meraviglioso

Appartamento semplicemente meraviglioso, funzionale, pulitissimo, con tutti i comfort e con una vista fantastica. Abbiamo consumato tutti i pasti sul terrazzo vista mare. Zona silenziosa e ventilata, a un passo dal centro storico e dalla spiaggia. Posto macchina gratuito nel parcheggio condominiale interno un plus da non trascurare visti i pochi parcheggi disponibili in paese. Tutto perfetto!

Assolutamente nulla! Nemmeno i 146 gradini per scendere in paese perché sempre ombreggiati e profumati dai pini marittimi

Gute Lage im pittoresken Laiguelia

Schöne Lage oberhalb Laiguelia. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Städtchen/Strand und Wanderwege oberhalb, bequem ohne Auto erreichbar. Grosszügige Wohnfläche mit schönem Balkon. Gute Parkingmöglichkeit.

In der Küche fehlen ein gutes, grosses Schneidemesser und ein Küchentuch. Die Better waren nach unserem Geschmack etwas zu weich. Weil es keinen Sonnenschirm gibt, ist ein Frühstück auf dem Balkon bei sonnigen und heißen Wetter fast nicht möglich.

Bella terrazza vista mare

Appartamento ampio e luminoso, con un bel terrazzo vista mare. Pulito, cucina nuova e attrezzata. Bagno con ampia doccia. Si trova in posizione tranquilla e fresca in mezzo al verde, a cinque minuti a piedi (con una scalinata) dal centro di Laigueglia. Comodo il parcheggio privato gratuito. Buon punto di partenza per camminate. L'host ha fornito tutte le informazioni, in modo puntuale e preciso, via Whatsapp.

Il divano letto è scomodo se usato come divano perché non ha lo schienale (in sua vece ci sono dei cuscini)

La vista e comunque l’alloggio in generale,nulla da dire

Direi nulla anche se abbiamo trovato un po’ di polvere sulla cappa della cucina e dietro il mobile nella sala da pranzo(che l’abbiamo vista perché ci è caduta una cosa dietro ed abbiamo dovuto spostarlo,altrimenti era ben camuffata).

parcheggio interno/provato aria condizionata e pale silenziose terrazza e vista mare appartamento ampio e confortevole

ricezione segnali TV/radio scarsa raggiungere il paese è agevole (scalinata in discesa) ma tornare un pò meno soprattutto se si hanno pesi (spesa etc.)

Una bella vacanza appartamento favoloso pulito non manca nulla posizione ottima parcheggio privato organizzazione fantastica e l'host una persona eccezionale molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa ma era talmente tutto a posto ci torneremo e lo consigliamo a tutti
