Excellent location for the things I had planned. Price was low, bed was firm to my liking, neighbors were quiet and pleasant. TV worked, wifi worked, refrigerator worked. Owner was responsive to phone calls and helpful.
Furnishings were nothing to shout about. TV remote stopped working on my 2nd night. There was no trash liner in the waste basket. I emptied trash upon leaving in barrel outside. Light coming through door window from local businesses was disruptive to sleep. Bathroom vanity door kept coming off track. Cabinet doors were not very secure. Holes in walls where previous things had been hung. Had to be careful with things that were hung as not as secure as they should be. This place could use a sprucing up and would be very nice.
