Location, facilities, parking, roof terrace, welcome pack and management by prestige. Great kitchen, English tv comfy sofas, great bed and plenty of storage space
It has a moisture, condensation issue which most probably is only evident during winter months, I only used the shower once so as to not make it worse. I could notice this with my breathing at night, I have asmtha. This could possibly be remedied by installing thermal barriers and thermal protection in the property and maybe consider removing the plaster board ceiling in the bathroom as that material does retain moisture.
