A Learning curve for management
The size of the mainbedroom in our appartement. The washing machine in the bathroom.
The owner responded quickly (within a few hours) to our request in availability for a 3de person. The booking went very quickly and I thought everything was sorted. Since booking and staying on the accommodation, the website changed with a number of factors.
We arrived to see there were 8 boxes for keys and only 2 parking spaces. This became a huge issue as the week went on. Even people visiting the apartment above us parked here, so if we needed to leave we were boxed in. This happened a number of times. At a given moment we were unsure where we were allowed to park. This situation became very stressful.
We had new arriving guests ringing our apartment asking us for information and the owner ‘s information. Later in the week maintenance rang us as well.
You can hear the coming and goings of people in the building, opening/closing /slamming of doors, things failing in the passageway and the cleaner isn’t the quietest or observing the details kind of person. She does the basics so at a glance its a pass but with closer details it is actually failing. (Mirrors, shower glass, tiles , corners, shoe mat wasn’t even cleaned! dishwashing tray- really disgusting- with fugus growing on it, tea towels were filthy (fortunately I brought my own cleaning pakkets from home). I threw these ones with towels hoping they get cleaned for the next renter)
The apartment is extremely minimalist. The kitchen lacked many basic utensils like a frying pan, teaspoons, dessert + salad bowls, tea mugs, jug etc. We had 3 glasses for 3 people. The owner said he didn’t check this and he would put it in order. A pity there is no inventory list so you can check that things should be in the apartment.
I bought oven dishes so I could at least cook. Unfortunately when cooking, the air sucked through the extractor which hasn’t been feed off outside but opens into the kitchen and everything smells like your dinner.
The main bedroom is huge. Having cupboards in here would have been a bonus.

Licht und Schatten.
Kein Straßenlärm, neue Einrichtung, gute Dusche, gute Matratzen, Nähe zum Bahnhof zur Innenstadt und zum Rhein.
Sehr sparsame Ausstattung der Küche (z.B. nur eine Glasschale), keinerlei Ausstattung zumindest für den Anreisetag, wenn die Geschäfte schon geschlossen haben (z. B. Zucker, Salz, Tee, Kaffee etc., was wir bisher in allen vorherigen Ferienwohnungen vorgefunden haben). Kein WLAN! Keine Infomappe (z.B. mit Anleitungen für TV und Jalousien sowie Mülltrennung, Abreise, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ausflüge etc.). Kein Rheinblick von dieser Wohnung aus! Keine Spülmaschine, nicht gemütlich eingerichtet, nur zweckmäßig. Für Freunde der Kernkraft: Unterhalb der Wohnung hat man am Rhein einen "schönen" Ausblick auf das Schweizer AKW direkt gegenüber (ist noch in Betrieb!).

Goed verblijf in een zeer ruim appartement, wel heel onpersoonlijk.
Mooi en zeer ruim appartement, wat moeilijk te vinden. Behulpzame ‘oppasser van het huis’. Moeilijk contact te krijgen met de eigenaar, daardoor alles heel onpersoonlijk. Tandem kon gestald worden onder een afdak of in de ‘Tiefgarage’.
Mag allemaal wel iets persoonlijker.

Eine einzige Katastrophe! Und das spät abends.
Nichts.
Nicht nur das ungemachte!! Bett, sondern das ganze ungereinigte! Zimmer Nr. 26 waren voller BETTWANZEN! . . . Die Wohnung war unsauber: Flecke auf vielen Flächen. Nur 2 Parklätze, davon einer mit Handwerkerauto belegt. Adresse schwer zu finden. Kücheneinrichtung sehr dürftig. Polster fleckig. Sterile Atmosphäre. Eine zugesagte Information zu einer Ausweichunterkunft kam nicht bzw. zu spät. Vermieter ansonsten absolut uneinsichtig. Bis heute keine Rückzahlung.

praktischer Aufenthalt, im schönen Apartment, aber Lage und Adresse besser beschreiben!
Schönes Apartment, schlechte Aussicht - vom Rhein ist nichts zu sehen- Adresse war schwer zu finden und etwas missverständlich dargestellt. aber schöne Innenstadtlage in WT. Vielleicht sollte man den Namen korrigieren, weil die Erwartung "Rheinsicht" enttäuscht. Bitte auch die schrecklichen braunen Vorhänge austauschen und das Licht gemütlicher steuern. Sehr unpersönlich und ungemütlich, wenn man Abends reinkommt, gemütlicheres Licht installieren. Bei Sonne korrigiert sich das Bild am Morgen und man könnte sich auch ein paar Tage dort vorstellen. Danke für die unkomplizierte Zugangsmöglichkeit per SMS und Code, das hat gut geklappt.

W miarę ładny wystrój w środku.
Prawie że wszystko, od personelu, od otrzymanych złych informacji do wejścia, widok na śmietnisko, brak miejsc parkingowych, dużym sedanem nie ma opcji zaparkować, o WiFi trzeba się prosić, gdy na tworzę temperatura -6, obiekt nie grzał i wyziębił cały obiekt, stwierdził że jak ktoś przyjdzie tak jak w moim przypadku po zapaleniu płuc żeby sobie odkręcił ogrzewanie, absurd wyszedłem z tego obiektu i poszedłem do innego obiektu gdzie takich problemów nie było,mogę stwierdzić że zostałem tylko okradziony za wszelką cenę,bo obiekt chciał zarobić sobie kilka euro za swoją nieporadność, omijać szerokim łukiem.

Einfache Abwicklung, Nähe der Restaurants, der Geschäfte und des Wanderwegs dem Rhein entlang. Auch zum Bahnhof ist es nicht weit.
Wenn alle Wohnungen besetzt sind gibt es Platzmangel auf dem Autoparkplatz.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ganz passabel!
Die Wohnung lag im EG und war ziemlich groß für 2 Personen. (für 4 Personen mit Ausziehcouch). Die Ausstattung war gut, das Bad modern! Einen Parkplatz gab es auch in einem Carport. Den musste man erst mal finden! Für das ganze Haus gibt es eine Terrasse mit Blick zum Rhein, die könnte man nutzen, wenn man länger bleibt! (Wir waren nur 1 Nacht)
Die Aussicht aus dem Fenstern ist katastrophal, auf eine leere Häuserwand und in einen Innenhof mit viel Müll verteilt! Die Wohnzimmercouch war schon als 2. Bett ausgezogen, obwohl wir das nicht brauchten. Deshalb konnte man da sich nicht hinsetzen.
