la amabilidad de la persona que gestiona el apartamento, la ubicacion, los servicios que hay cerca, que fuera un atico, el tamaño ( era para mi sola ), la limpieza, ....
Por poner un pero, el mando de la bomba de calor estaba rota, y al ser un atico en diciembre hacia frio, pero en seguida me lo solucionaron y con mucha amabilidad
