Good value for money accommodation

The studio is located in our favorite area of Kavala - close to cafes, the old port with restaurants and bars, a shop and bakery, a bus stop to the center. The beach is about 700 m walk away. The owners are kind and responsive. The studio is welcoming, amenities such as an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and kitchenware are provided. The balcony and living room create comforts like home. The building in which the studio is located is clean and modern.

The bathroom and bedroom are small in size. The shower doors are not stable and create a sense of danger. The wardrobe door cannot be opened normally, due to the size of the bedroom. There is no knife in the kitchen.

A great stay

Bed was very comfortable and apartment had everything we needed for a 6 night stay. Location was a bit out of the main centre but we could walk it in 40 minutes or there was a bus stop 5 minutes away. Apartment was also very near to a nice beach with a beach bar and a couple of good restaurants and coffee shops around a pretty harbour. There were 2 supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk.

The air conditioning could have been a little colder and the apartment is on a busy road

The place is great, wifi works perfect. We had parking also, inside the complex. The host is very welcoming and helpful.

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable and noisy but manageable for a few days.

Apartamentul a fost localizat foarte bine, aproape de centru. Erau mai multe magazine lângă, o cafenea, restaurante. De asemenea aproape de un port mic cu restaurante pescărești. Apartamentul a fost foarte curat, cu toate cele necesare. Parcare am găsit în apropriere în spatele unui bloc. Sunt mai multe plaje în zonă, unele chiar în oraș. Noi am mers în fiecare zi la alta. Foarte frumoasă zona. Vom reveni cu drag la această cazare.

Tek kelimeyle harikaydı. Savvas a her şey için çok teşekkür ederim.

Yatak çok rahattı. Oda oldukça temiz ve bakımlıydı. Mutfak ekipmanları yeni, temiz ve yeterliydi. Konumu oldukça iyiydi. Restorant bölgesine yürüme mesafesinde, etrafında süpermarket eczane ve kafelerin olduğu sakin ve güvenli bir bölge. Ev sahibi inanılmaz yardımsever, her konuda ilgili ve bölge konusunda bilgi paylaşmaktan, her talebi mümkün olduğunda geri çevirmemeye çalışan çok nazik birisi. Bulunduğumuz süre boyunca her sorumuza cevap verip bizi bölgedeki güzel yerler ve lokantalar hakkında bilgilendirdi. Tekrar tatil yapacak olursam tercihim kesinlikle kendisinin dairesi olacaktır.

Sadece kaldığımız odada balkon olmasını isterdik. Sigara içenler oda tutarken balkonlu olanı istemeleri gerekecektir.
