It was the main location. King room with view had a great view but it was very difficult to reach the fifth floor and you have to take your bags on your own. Better take room down stairs and just get the view by getting out. No staff is available. But the rooms are very very spacious and clean. I would rate 10/10 for the location and comfort except for the stairs part V good for budget travellers.

Talk about location, location, location! This property is literally steps from Patong Beach — just cross the road and you’re there! And you’re right in the heart of all the action, with the liveliest part of town right outside your door. Need a quick snack or drink? Convenience stores are steps away. Craving a meal? Amazing restaurants right downstairs — no need to go far for anything! On top of that, the staff were absolutely wonderful — so friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready with a smile and quick to help with anything I needed. It made the whole experience even better. But the real showstopper? The sunset from my room. Hands down one of the best sunsets I’ve seen anywhere on the island — I couldn’t stop taking pictures. Absolutely unforgettable!

Just a small heads-up, not a complaint at all — the property doesn’t have elevators, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with heavy luggage. Also, since you’re right in the middle of all the action, the same lively energy that makes the location so great can mean a bit of street noise on weekend nights when the party scene picks up. Light sleepers might want to pack earplugs, just in case!
