Noise in the evenings may be an issue if you’re a light sleeper. The geyser was also not working during my stay, so I had to shower in cold water. There also seemed to be a discrepancy between the amount I was charged by Booking.com and the amount the property was expecting. This made it appear as though I had not paid the required taxes and nearly resulted in me being asked to pay the city tax twice. I paid the amount stated by Booking.com, which was clearly indicated as inclusive of the city tax. This should ideally be clarified between the property and Booking.com to avoid confusion for guests.
