O apartamento é confortável e limpo. Tem uma cozinha bem equipada, já que não há opção de café da manhã.
Contudo, não há uma mesa e nem uma cadeira. Então para fazer uma refeição, ou mesmo para trabalhar, é preciso sentar no sofá e usar uma mesinha pequena de apoio, que é muito baixa e mal cabe um notebook. Isso leva a uma posição muito ruim e desconfortável. Melhoraria muito haver uma pequena mesa para duas pessoas com cadeiras e um poltrona ao invés do sofá.
O isolamento acústico não é bom e há muito barulho de trânsito que atrapalha para dormir.

O sofá estava sujo. O banheiro poderia estar mais limpo. Faltou itens na cozinha. Interruptor quebrado. Precisar melhorar bastante.
