Tucker Mountain Lodge 307

I loved the location, the layout of the rooms, the 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. I think the price was only good because it was off season. Nice view. Water was hot. Pillows were comfortable. Clean bathrooms and sheets.

Bad communication on trying to check in. The keys for the place are in a lock box, and the lock box is located in a place with access 24/7. But if you need a human to help you figure out how to open the lockbox, you'd have to go during their business hours which nobody would actually tell me what those were when I asked. It doesn't say on Google maps. The beds were pretty uncomfortable for me, I don't like firm squeaky mattresses but maybe some people do. Most of the electrical outlets didn't work. When trying to plug things in, the cords would just fall out of the outlet. The timer on the fireplace didn't work and yes I know how to use these timers. The TV remotes didn't work even after buying new batteries ourselves. The shower pressure sucked. There were handprints and drawings (from previous condensation) all over the windows, gross carpet stains, and vents/ducts that haven't been cleaned, probably ever. The doors wouldn't really open smoothly, they dragged against the carpet. The blinds were really hard to open and shut and some of them were missing parts of the strings. One of the cranks to open the window wasn't attached and it didn't actually fit on the mechanism that opens the window. A lot of the furniture was missing knobs. The extra blankets had some stains like someone spilled paint. When I was leaving I got a message that said to write them an email and let them know if I felt like I did not have a five-star stay before leaving a review. Well I actually sent two emails letting them know I was disappointed, and nobody responded to me.

It was very cute and is the most perfect spot of town! Very clean we would tell they take great care of the place. Parking was great, wifi was great! We had an amazing weekend

Location and proximity to Trail heads. Parking garage!

Apartment and complex is very dated, rooms smelled stuffy
