L'appartement est très fonctionnel et très agréable avec ses équipements et sa terrasse. L'attention à l'arrivée avec la possibilité de prendre un café ou un thé. La place de parking est très appréciable et les informations pour récupérer les clés ont été très claires.
La finition : la sécurité au niveau des prises électriques à fixer.

Bon emplacement, non loin du métro et des commodités (boulangerie, et autres commerces + marché)
Pas de lumière dans la cave pour récupérer la clé !

Emplacement très pratique, à 5min à pied du bus qui amène ensuite au métro, rejoindre Toulouse ville se fait aisément et rapidement. Le ventilateur présent dans l'appartement est un vrai plus !

L’appartement se trouve au 3ème sans ascenseur, le lit est un convertible de mauvaise qualité ou tres ancien, il faut sortir du lit pour allumer ou éteindre la lampe de chevet, il faut se mettre à quatre pattes sur la place de parking pour lire et ouvrir la boite à clés
