Fantastic location, lovely spacious, comfortable, and clean apartment. Problem with toilet flush but they sent someone very quickly to sort it out.
Could have provided kitchen towel or napkins and an extra mug, only one provided. No working corkscrew, in Italy - panic, but friendly Bar Owner came to the rescue. ! Water very hot maybe have a warning notice or possibly turned down.

El piso tiene una luz muy bonita y está muy bien ubicado. El aire acondicionado funciona bien y garantiza el confort en verano.
El equipamiento de la cocina es bastante insuficiente. Hay menaje, pero los básicos (tazas, platos, cubiertos) son muy escasos: solo había dos de cada, y además estaban sucios cuando llegamos. Los anfitriones podrían cuidar más la experiencia real de habitar el espacio. Por otro lado, firmamos un contrato con varias cláusulas que detallaban nuestras obligaciones y el coste económico de cada posible desperfecto. Sin embargo, al llegar, el apartamento no estaba en óptimas condiciones (sofá lleno de manchas, sábanas que no encajaban con la cama, etc.). Tuvimos que hacer fotos de todo para evitar cualquier mal entendido. Si buscas noches tranquilas esta no es una buena opción ya que en la plaza se alargan las noches. Si lo que buscas es vivir el ambiente de Cagliari, esta es una muy buena ubicación.

The property ticked all our boxes, perfect location just a few minutes walk from the main area of Cagliari with also a nice courtyard outside that was popular for drinks. It was a few minutes walk from the bus stop which took us straight to the beach. There was plenty of room and they provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I’ve never used this way of check in before so was a bit worried beforehand but the team were super accommodating and free at anytime to chat. Overall, a lovely property.
The only thing I would say is about the bathroom, the shower is a bit smaller than expected and it seemed it was a little less loved than the rest of the property but it still was nice!
