The localisation to have a quick snop of Livorno was perfect and easy accessed by car (although the near-by public parking was somewhat of a challenge due to narrow spaces and being almost full at time of arrival- ca 15.00pm)
A somewhat "last-minute" communication/responses from the owner bringing-in some un-necessary anxiety.

Aria condizionata presente ma insufficiente a rinfrescare la zona soppalco che era tremendamente calda nonostante il ventilatore acceso.
