Living4malaga Ollerias Centre Apartment

The location is very central, the apartment is very spacious and really well equipped. Size wise, the best we've seen in this part of the world. The managing agents were very helpful notwithstanding the comments below.

The central location comes with huge street noise from drunken and drugged party returners, all through the night. One bedroom is noisy. The other two are rather dark. The key collection office is in a restricted traffic street. No one alerts you to that, so driving in will cost cca €200 in fines, so one better budget for that. Basically, this apartment is not for anyone arriving by car. The managing agent should change their key collection instructions to warn tourists of the penalties involved. When one arrives there, it's far too late to tell them: "of course you will have to pay a fine, you should have left your car outside this zone". On a rainy day, a statement like that goes down really well. The rubbish disposal instructions are not tourist friendly. It would appear that "everyone" leaves their rubbish on the street by a rubbish bin, whereas the instructions in the apartment ask tourists to take rubbish several blocks away. There is also an unusual "fair use policy" for electricity, stipulating that anything above 20kWh per day will be charged extra. I get it - it is designed to discourage leaving all AC units on all the time, but...

It’s nicely located (near the city centre) with lots of restaurants, bars and stores nearby. The apartment is clean and pretty well maintained - a little refurbishment wouldn’t kill it, but overall it’s fine :) well equipped with fresh towels, coffee machine (pods) and Italian coffee maker. Beds are not the most comfortable ones, but they’re just fine. Really amazing and available staff :)

There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment - one of them is facing the street, two are facing the patio. The one facing the street is terribly noisy, the other two are quiet. There are MANY people walking at night, especially Friday night - and they’re REALLY loud. It feels like they’re in the same room with you :( I’ve had my earplugs in, but still some party people managed to wake me up at 4 a.m. yelling on the street. Be careful - if you’re light sleeper and end up in the noisy bedroom, you’re in a really bad situation.

Perfect location close to the centre of the old town. Spacious, well equipped and comfy beds.

Lots of noise from the street throughout the night meant the person in the front bedroom got very little sleep. No double glazing.

Excellent location very near the centre. It was easy to collect the keys and the Living4Malaga staff were very helpful.

The apartment looked 'lived in' - fridge door was broken and a few other little things. The sofa didn't look very clean. I think the cleaning should have been included in the price, rather than a separate charge.
