Better value to be had elsewhere, is true.

Location was what I planned for. But when I pay 2000 Euro I don't expect to bicker over a small bottle of shampoo. I would not stay there again, I would go somewhere different. Clothes washing facility was nice. I would rather put a bed down there where it was cool!

No AC ... then the staff made a sales pitch to pay more to get a room that was either with AC or did not share a window with the factory next door.

Top Unterstützung telefonisch beim Check in durch das Personal. Tolles Design und Funktionalität schafft Wohlbefinden. Touch-Herd hat im Gegensatz zu Ulm funktioniert.

Spülmaschine erst in höheren Klassen. Kein Toaster. Check in kompliziert. Direkte Umgebung und Aussicht entsprechend trostlos. Kein kostenloser Parkplatz. Rundum künstliche Verknappung. Extra Tourismusabgabe an die Stadt auch für Geschäftsreisende wird beim automatisierten Check-in abkassiert.

Tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Das Apartment war riesig! Und die Küchenzeile war mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet und so sauber wie auch der Rest vom Zimmer! Für Fragen und Hilfe stand Simone zur Verfügung, die sehr freundlich war und mich unterstützt hat. Auf jeden Fall ein Ort zum wiederkommen!

Die Appartements sind sehr sauber, ruhig und modern ausgestattet. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei drei Aufenthalten bereits zwei kostenlose Upgrades erhalten. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Lage ist gut, nahe Stadtzentrum und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dennoch ruhig.

Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

Все детали для комфортного пребывания продуманны и предусмотрены (были даже таблетки для п/м). Очень чисто, удобные кровати и подушки, хрустящие простыни. Супер вариант, чтобы остановится в дороге. Бесконтактный check-in/ check-out. При заселении не нашли доп.комплект белья для дивана, смогли решить эту задачу благодаря онлайн-поддержке сервиса.

Диван в гостиной, как дополнительное спальное место, подойдет только маленькому (невысокому) ребенку. Нашему сыну (135 см) пришлось спать по диагонали, он не жаловался, но полноразмерному взрослому было бы сложно выспаться комфортно на этом диване. Немного сложная система оплаты паркинга, через ссылку, которую было непросто получить... Думаю, терминал оплаты в холле был бы классной альтернативой.

Bons quartos mas logística muito má.

Quarto impecável, limpeza impecável e posicionamento ótimo, boas vistas da varanda.

Infelizmente terei que dar só duas estrelas porque não varanda só tem uma cadeira e nós éramos dois hospedes as varandas ao lado tinham duas cadeiras, depois o pior de tudo é o estacionamento tive que pagar 4.50 no hotel vizinho o IBIS......porque não explicam como entrar nem sair e não tinha funcionários disponíveis ou seja a receção é feita por duas máquinas digitais.....mau de mais porque nem todas as pessoas têm capacidade para fazer check in através de uma máquina......questiono como fazer em situações de clientes com defeciencias motoras ou auditivas ou visuais..... Não existe um único funcionário no hotel..... O parque do carro dizem que devemos enviar um email......mas para onde como ...... No quarto tínhamos um fraquinho de duche ....um e a reserva era de duas pessoas ....toalhas a mesma situação...... Apesar do charme e dos quartos limpos e muito bem decorados, existem falhas graves no check in e em todo o serviço durante a estadia ..... não temos quem contactar caso haja alguma emergência. Não recomendo.

Moderne, saubere und ruhige Apartments im Zentrum von Singen

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im BRERA Serviced Apartments in Singen. Der Check-in war super einfach, Parken hat ebenfalls gut geklappt. Das Apartment war modern, sehr sauber und hatte eine angenehme Grösse. Besonders praktisch sind die Küchenzeile und der Balkon. Das Bett war bequem, wenn auch etwas kompakt. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es im Zimmer wunderbar ruhig – man hat keine anderen Gäste gehört. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Flexibilität durch den Self-Check-in, die sehr gute Isolierung, die Sauberkeit und der grosse Parkplatz. Preis-Leistung passt absolut. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen – ideal für alle, die eine unkomplizierte, moderne und ruhige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit suchen.

Nicht wirklich negativ: Einzig den Parkautomaten haben wir nicht gefunden, doch im Nachbarhotel konnten wir die Parkgebühren problemlos begleichen.

Un séjour qui, par trop de nuisances sonores la nuit ne nous a pas permis de nous reposer.

Nos nuits ! Le bruit du frigo. Le frigo n'était pas branché à notre arrivée et nous avons eu du mal à mal à le mettre en route . Le bruit de la climatisation la nuit qui nous réveillés à chaque heure décalé avec celui du frigo. La mauvaise insonorisation de la dalle : nous avons bien profité des allées et venues de la chambre à l'étage supérieur Réveillés en plein sommeil par une 1ère courte alarme une nuit puis par une 2ème la nuit suivante, nous avons du évacuer la chambre et attendre l'arrivée des pompiers qui heureusement se sont déplacés pour rien. le système doit être très délicat... le lit double trop étroit.

Stanza-appartamento di ottima qualità e ben fornito: cucina con stoviglie, microonde, frigo, arredamento moderno, recente e non consumato. La vicinanza di un supermercato consente l'autogestione dei pasti. Sono rimasto solo una notte, la struttura è utilissima per chi deve stare più notti.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, geräumig und für uns als vierköpfige Familie perfekt aufgeteilt. Wir hatten zwei Apartments in einem separat abgetrenntem Bereich, eins sogar mit Balkon. An der Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt (von Kaffeemaschine bis hin zu TV, Wasserkocher, Kochgeschirr und Mikrowelle war wirklich alles vor Ort) der Self-Check-In war unkompliziert und super praktisch!! Außerdem haben wir kostenlos ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl auf Nachfrage erhalten. Da wir noch eine Frage hatten, haben wir die Hotline kontaktiert und auch hier wurden wir super freundlich und sehr angenehm beraten!!

Ein paar Minuspunkte gab es jedoch…das eine der Bäder roch modrig und war durch das fehlende Fenster nicht gut zu lüften. Außerdem waren die Kühlschränke in beiden Apartments super laut, was für Personen mit leichtem Schlaf schwierig sein könnte. Alle Türen - auch im Badezimmer - hatten automatische Schließer, welche vor allem für kleinere Kinder schwer zu halten/öffnen und dadurch auch etwas unpraktisch waren, da man keine Tür einfach mal offen stehen lassen konnte. Durch die Verbindung über einen kleinen Gang musste man die Türen auch immer wieder mit der Karte oder per App öffnen.

Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'hôtel et de la chambre. La literie est très confortable, la salle de bain et la mini cuisine sont top 👍🏻 La chambre était très propre. Supermarchés à proximité. L'hôtel est très récent. Nous y reviendrons sans problème !
