Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, wszędzie blisko, okolica spokojna, bardzo wygodne łóżka, apartament przestronny, wszędzie klimatyzacja. Apartament czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposazony. Jak wrócę do Aten, to na pewno wybiorę IRIS.

eine sehr angenehme Wohnung mit allem,was man braucht. Das Bett sehr bequem. Die Wohnung sehr gepflegt. Terrasse schön gross mit Pflanzen.

Er is een enorm ruim appartement met grote woonkamer, keuken, twee grote slaapkamers en een groot balkon. In alle ruimtes airconditioning. Ook twee toiletten en een badkamer. Verhuurder Tina gaf veel tips en er lag water, sap en jam in de koelkast en er lag brood. Locatie is uitstekend en de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding geweldig.

-It is clean, good for public transportation routes. -Renovated apartment with new and comfortable furnitures. -Has air conditioning in each room which is good for hot summer days.
-Property is in an old building which means you can hear any noise from building hall, from street and bar below due to poor sound insulation. -Misleading images/description on the property ad: there was no washing machine even though amenities section and photos show it. -Minor points to improve: For a 3 nights stay of 2 people, there was only 1 coffee capsule, which I agree it is a complimentary and not a must, but still a bit annoying.
