The layout of the house, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, fireplace and hot tub.
The road noise during sleep (not much you can do about that) nothing in the welcome book about the sound system (and the response was too late from hosts to utilize it) and the dog hair on the pool table from previous stays

The hosts were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The house was very clean with everything we needed. We had a great view of the sound along with good privacy. While we went in the summer, this would also be a good place to enjoy some winter storms.
While I understand the need for cleaning services, it doubled the price for a 1 night stay. Would not be an issue though for a longer stay.
