Posto accogliente pulito e fornito, c’è una macchinetta del caffè con cialde per la colazione, frigorifero e fornelli.

La posizione vicina al luogo di interesse ( Castel San Pietro) e il rapporto qualità/prezzo. L'accoglienza da parte dell' host e la sua disponibilità.
La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, nello specifico ci riferiamo a pavimento sporco e peli nel letto. La nostra sensazione è stata quella che entrando fossero state riutilizzati tappeti, tovaglie e strofinacci del soggiorno precedente, visibilmente sporchi. Inoltre, la scarpiera nn era stata svuotata e in bagno era presente un rotolo di carta igienica già iniziato. Attenzione perché questi particolari fanno la differenza.
