The beach front house unit was as wonderful as advertised. Its compact, but very well designed for 2 people. All equipment is new and functions perfectly well. There is attention to details without overcrowding the unit space unnecessarily.
It is critical that one pays attention to the festival calendar posted on the Vortex mobile homes page! Even if one is attending a festival here, do not expect to sleep until the last show is over, as the sound from both Beach and Oliver Grove stages literally shakes the bed :) It is crazy powerful. Note that the beach is not sand.
