Немного запах бензина в коридоре и не совсем удобный душ, подтекает пол дверью вода , когда купаешься

Location and view is absolutely incredible, flat is kitted out nicely for a short stay with a sofa bed, stove, enough pots/plates to cook for two, shower(kind of), and TV
Flat is developing a mould problem primarily in the kitchen, looks to have been painted over but not treated properly, while cooking it's very obvious to see how much moisture gets trapped in the kitchen even with the window open so the mould is unsurprising. There was a persistent bad smell from something behind the apartment that prevented us from keeping windows open, and made sitting on the roof unpleasant at times.
