Locatie amplasata la malul marii , curte frumoasa foarte ingrijita , casa foarte curata si echipata cu tot ce trebuie , spatiu generos , unul din dormitoare are usa spre balcon cu vedere la mare . Atat sufrageria care este spatiu unic cu bucataria cat si cele 2 dormitoare , au aer conditionat .
Conform descrierii credeam ca vom locui singuri intr-o casa dar nu a fost chiar asa . Casa este de fapt un duplex iar din cealalta casa se aude destul de bine mai ales pe terasa daca se foloseste in acelasi timp . La parterul casei are o locuinta si dna proprietar care este mai mereu prin preajma , cei drept o prezenta placuta si discreta .
