The downtown was walking distance. The apartment is very equipped. It has a private parking, that it is very useful in Tirana.

The check in wasn't so easy.

The apartment is within walking distance of several supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you might need during your stay. We found the location very convenient for day-to-day needs. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a large and comfortable bed. The host was efficient, friendly, and highly responsive. She genuinely tried to help with anything we needed and was always available throughout our stay. The apartment and parking area were relatively easy to find thanks to the clear instructions and video provided in advance. The private parking space, accessed with a key, was a major advantage in this area and gave us valuable peace of mind. The apartment includes a washer-dryer, which is especially useful for longer stays. It is worth noting that it can be somewhat noisy while running, so we would recommend doing laundry during the day. We found it difficult to sleep while it was operating at night. For guests staying for an extended period, there is plenty of storage space, a reasonably well-equipped kitchen, and a very pleasant dining area. Overall, we felt that the apartment offered good value for money.

The main drawback for us was the air conditioning setup. There is only one relatively small air conditioner, located in the living room rather than the bedroom. During our stay in June, this noticeably affected our sleep quality. The apartment does provide a powerful fan, but it was not really able to move enough cool air into the bedroom overnight. Guests who are comfortable sleeping with only a fan may find this perfectly adequate, but for us, especially while traveling with a baby, it was more challenging. We tried placing the fan outside the bedroom to push cooler air inside, but it did not make a significant difference. The fan itself was not unusually loud, but like any powerful fan, it was certainly noticeable. This was the main reason our rating was slightly lower than it otherwise would have been. We were not aware of this limitation before arriving, although we also did not specifically ask about it. This is certainly not the host's fault, as she was extremely helpful and willing to assist in any way she could, but it is something future guests may wish to consider. It is also worth noting that this part of the city consists largely of very old buildings. This can be seen in the photos, but we did not fully appreciate it before arriving. As a result, both the apartment and the building itself feel quite dated. This did not bother us significantly, and we felt that the price reflected this appropriately, but it is useful information to have in advance. There is also no dedicated night light in the apartment. This was a minor inconvenience for us because we were traveling with a baby and found ourselves using our phones for light after turning off the main lights. Most guests will probably not find this problematic, as the bedroom light switches are conveniently located near the bed.
