La posizione e la cura dei dettagli hanno fatto la differenza. Percepisci che sei in posto pulito già dal profumo appena entri. È tutto nuovo e di gusto gradevole. Mi è piaciuto che nel ristrutturare hanno mantenuto le porte originali.
È una zona silenziosa e rilassante.
Dopo un paio di giorni le formiche sono diventate fastidiose.

Ruhig gelegen und dennoch zentral. Fussläufig 100m weit weg ist ein Strand. Die schönsten Strände Punta Prosciutto und Torre Lapillo sind mit dem Auto unter 5 min zu erreichen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war äußerst freundlich und verständlich trotz Sprachbarriere. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, gepflegt und modern. SMART TV vorhanden, gute Klimaanlage. Aussendusche ist super praktisch. Wir würden wieder kommen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.
Für Bettwäsche und Handtücher fallen extra Gebühren an. Das stand zwar bei Booking aber nicht das es pro Kopf 20€ kostet. Wir mussten es nicht in Anspruch nehmen da wir selbst Sachen mit hatten. Vielleicht ist das in dieser Region auch so üblich.
Bei Übergabe fällt eine Kaution von 200€ an; das kann ich verstehen, weil hier bereits schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht worden ist (Parties etc.) Die Kaution läuft seriös über Booking.

La posizione della struttura era perfetta e l'appartamento di per sé era carino.
Già dall’arrivo abbiamo riscontrato problemi tra cui le formiche in vari punti, compresi il comodino e i sanitari. Inoltre, gli scarichi di doccia e lavandino erano completamente intasati e l'acqua ristagnava subito. Abbiamo dovuto pulire noi stessi lo scarico per poterci lavare, rimuovendo un consistente accumulo di capelli e di sporco non nostro stratificato nel tempo.
