The property was beautiful, set in stunning grounds… there were tree swings and lovely areas for the children to play… they enjoyed this so much, We also had a hot tub which was perfect. The beds were comfortable. We really did have a lovely weekend stay here, but for the money we paid there are a few things we felt could have been better….
I feel like the property needed some maintenance; the patio area had not been cleaned, the slabs were green, the outside table was also very dirty. The shower room was so slippery and there was no mop available to clean up quickly after a shower.
Although the inside of the property did feel clean it did not smell pleasant, it smelt like dog and we had to buy some air freshener.
Another sofa in the lounge would also have been lovely. These are just some pointers for management team… it did not affect our stay, we really did have a lovely weekend stay here.

the hot tub was a added bonus
booked last minute so no complaints
wasn't any not to like but if i had to say something
maybe a full length mirror for us ladies and a stool in the bedroom at the dressing table
would have been nice if there was milk in the fridge and loo roll on arrival
so did have to go straight back out to get these

The only negative thing I can say is the wet room floor is dangerous, the wrong tills have been fitted to the floor and is very slippy
