Very spacious. modern, clean, villa with fabulous views in a quiet location. The nearby supermarket was very handy. Sofia and Christiana were lovely - very helpful, welcoming and supportive.
Lots of places to explore by car within a 30 to 40 minute drive (and Calheta marina just a 5 minute drive)
Access for the car parking was a little tricky. Shame there were no cafes/restaurants etc within walking distance. (Although Calheta marina is just a 5 minute drive, available parking spaces are hard to find).

Nice package, nice host, nice view.
Actually, since the beach is nearby (by car), I'd never use the pool if I were over ten.
The construction site on the opposite side of the street is rather loud.
