The cleanliness of the property is excellent, it is cleaner than most of the hotel even. Thank you for providing us such a comfortable stay.

The property was spacious, clean and had a great location for the centre of town. Staff were helpful and let us check in early.

My main criticism is that the cleaning fees and additional taxes were not made clear on booking.com when completing the booking. Booking.com website did say additions charges could be added, but not exactly how much they were. I may have missed it in the fine print but I did not realise the addition costs until after payment was made. The cost of the property was listed at about $175AUD per night which I thought was reasonable but the cleaning fee was another ¥10000 (approx $100 AUD) plus 10% GST added to total so in the end we paid nearly $300 AUD for one nights stay. Had I realised the final amount prior to paying I would not have stayed here. The second issue is that the "couch" is solid timber, so relaxing was not really that comfortable and all the other chairs other than the one swing chair hanging from ceiling were solid timber as well. Maybe a comfortable couch could be added to the furniture as there is plenty of room.
