Beautiful view, easy to set up at the beach in the morning and come and go as you please.
TV in the living room, needs an upgrade.

The view is amazing! We were able to watch dolphins in the mornings. I like that there are w options for coffee - traditional coffee maker and a keurig.
The mattresses really need to be replaced. When we striped the bed in one of the rooms it was stained all over. No odor or anything from the stain, but it's also not the most comfortable. All the mattresses seemed worn out and need of replacing. There's quite a bit of small imperfections on most of the walls with paint peeling and damage. It would make a big difference if it was given a fresh paint job.

The property was nice and spacious.
The property needs upgrades the bathroom doors were getting stuck and you were kinda getting locked in the property looked clean but was not the floor was very dirty and the dryer was full of towels.
