Sehr modern und sauber. Die Bikes waren sehr praktisch. Ausgestattete Küche mit Kaffeetabmaschine. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit Besitzer ( self checkin). Nette Veranda und ruhige Wohngegend. Haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt.
Klimaanlage etwas laut. Aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit

Excellent apartment with the added bonus of free car parking and 2 rental bikes. Room was clean and had just what was needed for a short stay. Location was perfect, only a 15-20 min walk into the centre of Rovinj. Fairly quiet neighbourhood without any disturbance at night. Outdoor terrace also felt private as it had curtains. Property manager also kept us well up to date with information and provided us with recommendations in Rovinj. Would highly recommend this property.

Nice modern apartment just 12 minute walking from the city center. Everything is brand new. Super convenient to have parking as it is very difficult to find one in Rovinj. Would definitely stay again.

El estudio es pequeño pero lo justo y necesario para una pareja.
Tiene una terraza agradable y plaza de parking algo que nos hizo la estancia mucho más fácil.
Hay toallas y gel/champú para la ducha.
También cafetera y alguna cápsula de café de cortesía.
Está a unos 10minutos caminando del centro.
La llegada es autónoma.
La comunicación con los propietarios fue buena.
Dejan dos bicicletas a disposición de los inquilinos.
Todo bien.
