As I had read, it can get a little noisy because of the area and because, without AC, the windows need to stay open in warm weather. But, given that it's super affordable, it offers a clean and comfortable bed, functional facilities, and good wifi. No complaints!

Reasonable prices. A bit more, on weekends.
Hotel Villagran, is is a half a block, from Revolucion Ave, on Calle 3. It is centrally located. It is a clean place, with 3 floors, of yellow tile & paint. Most rooms, have small, bathroom windows, with good views, that can well-circulate, ocean air & nightlife, from the Tijuana coast & Revolucion Ave.

It is a half a block from Revolucion Ave, on Calle 3. Not Calle 4, as I have mistakenly written, in a previous review.
It is centrally located. It is a clean place, with 3 floors, of yellow tile & paint. Most single rooms, have main windows, that look out onto, the enclosed main plaza. But these cheaper rooms, also have, small, bathroom windows, with good views, that can well-circulate, ocean air & nightlife, from the Tijuana coast & Revolucion Ave.
It is about ***, Monday-Thursday. It is ***, Sat-Sun.
There can be some cheaper places, if you look much, in the Tijuana Centro area. But the week day price, is pretty good, for its cleanliness, brightness, and location.
