instructions were clear. the accommodation was clean and nice. Communication with the host was immediate, more or less. Great location, near to everything. Rigth next to metro and railway station, very close to Billa grocery store. By tram, it is only 20 min away from Luna park and 15 min away from the city center. Overall, everything went successfully. No complaints.

The accommodation is located at the top of a residential building. There are great restrictions on the noice and guests. There are very great demands placed on collection of documentation, pass information, verfication of everything and extra 300-400 EUR block on the debit card, which to me was the extreme case of precautions. This process of verification was the only unpleasant part of booking this accommodation. If you ever plan to have any kind of celebration, listing to music, loud talking, cheering, or meeting any guests there, even shortly, this is not the accommodation for you. if you plan to spend most of your time sightseeing and use the accommodation only for sleeping and resting, then this accommodation fits. It is nice, spacious, illuminous and comfi, even though the reclined sofa on the first floor was a bit rouph, comparing to the quality of other rooms.

Schöne Ausstattung in perfekter Lage. Perfekt für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit Freundinnen. Restaurants, Supermarkt, Cafés etc. fussläufig zu erreichen. Super Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.

Der Dezibelmesser hatte uns etwas abgeschreckt, war im Nachhinein jedoch unnötig, da dieser bei normaler Lautstärke nicht auslöst.

Relatively spacious and very bright, though windows can easily be darkened by shutters which was really handy. There are three AC which is really useful in summer.

Two of three beds listed were not beds but a sofa and a chair improvised into something that appears like beds. They were incredibly uncomfortable so my family did not have a single good night sleep. It is absolutely unacceptable to rent out the apartment as a three bed apartment. The apartment is also somewhat scarcely equipped, and the flat feels soulless, so I'd only recommend it if you're staying for a short time and do not care where you sleep.
