Es ist sehr hellhörig mit den Nachbarn. Gerade Nachts hat man wenig Ruhe.

Najlepszym elementem tego miejsca jest przepiękny widok na rzekę Regę i to zarówno w dzień jak i w nocy (oświetlony delikatnie port). Ważnym aspektem jest też to, że jest to vardzo ciche miejsce. Poranna u wieczorna kawa na tarasie ( dodam, że teraz dosyć duży) była wielką przyjemnością. Nie dochodziły do nas żadne dźwięku z portu i okolicznych kawiarni i knajpek, które są po drugiej stronie rzeki...super bo naprawdę można odpocząć...a i jeszcze bardzo blisko plaża na której nie ma tłumów, a tylko pojedyncze osoby....czasami zdarzało się, że nie było nikogo...
Możnaby zadbać o czystość na tarasie tj. Umyć szyby i panele na podłodze oraz krzesła..ale to jest naprawdę mały szczegół...

Dość dużo kurzu, pająki oraz ćmy- od razu po wejsciu do mieszkania. Brudne zasłony i szyby oraz klamki balkonowe. Narzuta na łóżko także w plamach. Sofa na dole bardzo poplamiona. Brak smietnika na pietrze w wc. Wieczorem swiatło z ulicy nie dawało spac w dolnej sypialni, zasłony były tylko do ozdoby....waskie. widoki nie za ciekawe, dostalismy pokij z widokiem na stara łajbę do remontu, zapach nieciekawy, brak mozliwosci otwarcia okna.
