Palazzo Luxury Suite - View to Liston square & Old Fortress of Corfu old town

Great location at historic heart of town. Very roomy with all mod cons and facilities needed. Living in a heritage building was quite special and worth the spend. Pleased that for a 5 night stay that washing and drying facilities were available in apartment

It’s sold as a luxury apartment but it’s the little things that make a stay feel lux certainly after the price paid. Was disappointed that I left 2 messages on Bookings site that remained unanswered. Wanted to know as it was a 5 night stay whether any freshen up services would be available such as change bins in kitchen and bathrooms noting it is summer, stock up on toilet paper etc. Disappointed with no reply and should be part of the service for such a lengthy stay. Also as apartment is up one flight of stairs. Entrance lights did not work for whole stay. Had to use torch on phone every time. Otherwise a pleasurable stay

Brilliant location and well equipped. Good air conditioning in bedrooms

The customer service was poor. Things did not work including ceiling fan in living room!

Super Lage, Leise Klimaanlage

Location was great. The apartment was set up very well. The bedding was comfortable, the towels soft, and it was nice to have a few food/drink items as we arrived late. The laundry actually had selections with English translation which was very appreciated, most do not. We were a couple, but with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms this would be a very shareable lodging.
