Great host. Great location. Great property overlooking the piazza and beach.

The location was excellent being very close to the beach.

On arrival we didn't get the accommodation we expected. The booking was confusing and it wasnt clear which rooms we had. We ended up on the 4th floor which was a balcony with two rooms off it. One was the bedroom and one was the bathroom. This meant having to go outside to the bathroom during the night. The TV was good although we didnt use it. There was no lift so luggage had to be hauled up 4 flights of stairs and the stairs had to be tackled several times a day which wasn't great. There was 4 keys which all had to be used to gain entry. None of these were marked as to which one was which and they all looked the same. The kitchen was advertised as fully equipped one. It didn't have a toaster, there was no hot water to the kitchen sink, the mokka maker didn't work on the induction hob, no carving or bread knives. Eventually there was a toaster, a kettle and an induction hob but only one power socket. It was advertised as having a BBQ facilty but there wasn't one. It was advertised as having ironing facilities but there wasn't any. The fridge was in the bedroom and the counter top lacked power sockets.The bathroom was in a poor state. Broken tiles, no bin, shower handle broken, nowhere to hang bath towels or clothes. The clothes dryer came with 4 pegs and kept falling over in the wind. This made clothes and towels dirty. It needed weights. A toaster as supplied along with another Mokka maker but whoever brought them gained entry into the accommodation instead of leaving them outside the door. This is not normal for rentals. There was a ladder immediately outside the entrance door which was a hazzard. There was pigeon poo all over the balcony and table one morning. There was a big stain on the seating cushion on the balcony. Overall, the place wasn't very clean with little attention paid to the balcony and bathroom areas. It was also close to the main piazza which was extremely noisy during the night from machines cleaning up.
