Charming Alexandria Vacation Rental in Old Town!

Location of the property was very good. A lot of restaurants in the area. We took the free shuttle to the Metro station every day. We went to Washington DC By Metro very easy to use. Purchase a one, three or seven day pass

Unfortunately we were there the hottest week in a decade!

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful area, tons of character. Beautiful decor, everything you need has been thought about. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable bed, big fluffy robes, coffee for the morning, parking permit if needed, laundry facilities. Loved that the front door was a number pad, made it very easy for my husband, daughter and I to come and go without worrying about keys. The last day was a huge snow storm, we had hours to wait for our flights back to the UK, Jennifer the host,was very accommodating, allowing a late checkout and letting us leave our luggage in a safe space until ready to go. I highly rate this place and recommend it to everyone. Thank you Jennifer.

Hard to find anything wrong here... possibly a few more clothes hangers would be nice. My husband finds it hard to sleep sometimes and found the heating system noisy every time it came on during the night, but if you turned the heat down during the night this improved.
